Domain added ok and in correct format

I've recently moved one of my licences to a new domain due to rebranding. I've updated the account settings but when I've tried to install I keep getting a validation error at login. Tried installing version 2 and 3 of perch.

Is this validation cached anywhere and how do I reset it? Help!
