I have posted this question before but for some reason it never gets approved!?

I have a very frustrated client who is currently unable to upload any files to their website.

They are trying to upload a word document from within a 'text block with heading', however when they name the file and click 'upload', they just get a spinning icon which stays there forever.

The file itself uploads to the assets section but they are unable to attach it from within an editable region.

Are you able to let me know what can be done to resolve this?

Please advise ASAP.

Please can someone provide some advice on this?

Hi,

I have tried to upload a file via a text block in a section, however when I choose the file to upload, give it a name and click 'OK' The loading icon just spins and nothing happens.

Tried this several times now.

Can this be fixed please.
