I got this error in the CSV exported from the Perch Form APP, any idea what happened?

The search function work perfectly for English character, however it doesn't seem to return search result for non-latin character (Chinese character in my case). And it doesn't work in the Admin Search as well.

What is the problem? I am using Runway 3, MySQL 5.7.26, (Collation utf8_general_ci for the table). The Chinese content display perfectly on my site, it just the search return no result if I input Chinese text.

I notice that the CMS don't have undelete function for content or collection item, will that be possible in the upcoming verison? Or is it possible to implement it with Perch API ? (As a app may be)

Is it possible to have the Collection List in Admin with a category filtering tab, like the Blog App ?
