Because we haven't used perch for so long, shouldn't the original license paid for v1 cover the upgrade too or is that not the case?

It looks like the new license is £50, am I looking at the correct one there?

I'm looking to upgrade my site but it is running on a very old version.

I'm moving from 1.8.4 to 3.2.

What is the recommended way to do this?

I can find some update articles online but these talk about moving from v1.x.x to v2 and v2 to v3.

All time and help is greatly appreciated.
