this is going to get tricky for Michaela - the Co. that built the site doesn't exist anymore...she doesn't have a copy of it...and she has no idea what software was used to create it. Ho Hummm.

On a positive (sort of)...at least I now know it's not repairable via perch!

you are right, Michaela has figured out that it is a security issue - I've not seen the site, but it might be fair to assume that there is a contact form involved.

Hi all,

I'm totally new to this forum.

I'm trying to help a non tech mate with her website. http://www.michaelaturner.co.uk has been taken down by someone somewhere after being up and running fine for years. Michaela 'thinks' that the problem is that there is no Captcha on the site.

I've tried http://www.michaelaturner.co.uk/perch and get the error

Forbidden

You don't have permission to access /perch on this server.

Can anyone point me in the right direction please?
