Cannot log into my account

Hi there,

I have a number of Perch licences on early versions of perch and a few spare. I tried to log into my account on the main site but it won't let me access the site. I tried the password reset too and nothing has been sent out or to my Spam.

Is there a way someone can help me get back into my account please?

It looks like there's something wrong with the DNS for the email address you're using. It causes our replies to you to bounce and likely also your password reset emails to do the same.

How can I get in touch then to either change the email on my account? I have past receipts I can use for ID?

My email is a google Gsuite account and set up following their guidelines.

Is anyone able to help as I need to get into my licence area?

All you need to do is email us from a functioning account to which we can send a reply. We can't help if our replies just bounce.
