It looks like you are using a content region template, not a category one. Could you elaborate on what is not working?

davedesigner - from what you’re showing above, you’re working with a content region not a category (although you template is prefixed category). Have you tried accessing it like:

<perch:content id=“catherobtns” />

you can also use the show all tag in your template to output the available data:
