Form keeps sending even when form is removed from website

Hello,

I have had a perch form on a contact page for a while now. This morning A LOT of spam was coming in from this form so I removed the form from the website. Now the form keeps sending responses from the spammer, even when I have removed it from the website. Does anyone know what the problem could be and how I can stop this?

I see that every spam-mail has the same filled in phone number. Is there a way to block sending the response to the forms app if the filled in phone number equals to a certain number?

I was guessing the same, but it is ongoing for two hours now. I have 3074 responses on my form now, all from *qq.com (random number in front) and all with phone number: 8645577844

I guess I will have to wait to be able to exclude if it is coming from queued up emails.
