Cannot Upload files to my website. Please help!

Hi there.

I have a very frustrated client who is currently unable to upload any files to their website.

They are trying to upload a word document from within a 'text block with heading', however when they name the file and click 'upload', they just get a spinning icon which stays there forever.

The file itself uploads to the assets section but they are unable to attach it from within an editable region.

Are you able to let me know what can be done to resolve this?
