I have the Members app installed, but some email addresses are not receiving emails such as the "new member" email and the "reset password" email. I cannot seem to work out why. The test email option in perch settings comes up as sent, but it is never received.
I have sent myself an email, and the email address it is sent from is in the contact list of the target email, but the email is still nowhere to be seen.
Does anyone know why this is happening and have a fix for this?
