Can't login to main Perch account

Hi - I've forgotten the password to my Perch account under: chris@trebuchetcreative.co.uk.

I've tried sending a password reminder a number of times but it never arrives. When I signed up to the support forum though, the confirmation email arrived in not time.

Please could you advise how to regain access to my account?
