Chinese Letter on blog post URL

Hi, one of my client wants to have Chinese on their URL. For example:

http://ltfhk.local/blog/post/新年展望%20——%20今年是成為飛行員的最佳時機

I have create a new blog field in post.html

<perch:blog label="Chinese URL" id="chineseUrl" type="text" suppress="true" />

And change in setting blog url to be {chineseUrl}

But I still get 500 error.

Can you help me to fix this?
