Returning to an earlier v2 install; forms were not functioning. There was a contact page form but not being listed in the forms app reporting, 'no forms submitted etc'.
Re-installed addon and re-created regions in page but still not listed. Have tried both methods ie perch_content & perch_form(template in forms folder under templates). Both methods display form but neither results in form being listed.
What else to try? Any pointers would be appreciated.
