License transfer

I am trying to transfer a license from our outgoing webmeister to our company's control. So far without success. Can you point me in the right direction to pursue this objective please?

The license holder needs to email us and request the transfer. We’ll need the license key and the email address of the account to transfer to.

Thanks Drew. I will be the new license holder and the current license holder requested a transfer about 2 weeks ago.

How did they request the transfer? We don't have any outstanding - I normally process them as soon as I see them.

I was told on 28th January by Merrill Jacobs of Genero Web design that he had contacted Perch. Here is the text from his email:

Hi Neil

Thanks for that - I have contacted Perch and they will be in touch regarding the transfer of the licence.
