    All sorted, it seems our own IT departments anti-spam was intercepting the emails before they even reach my inbox so I wasn't even seeing them, I've whitelisted your email address now so all in the world is good, at least for ten minutes lol

    Yes I have already sent an email to that email address about 10 minutes ago as well from the account that was used to set up a license for one of our web sites, so hopefully you can track me down from that.

    I'm trying to reset my perch account password and I'm not receiving any reset emails, it's not going to junk etc. I registered as a user on these forums and the email came through straight away, is there a problem on the main account system that you know of ?
