Where do I find Runways Collections?

Maybe I've deleted this from the menus, but I can't seem to find the collections section in the admin area?

I've tried re-organising the menu using the menu manager. It's very buggy.

New sections appear in random places.

Using the re-order facility has no effect - I move items ht save and it reverts back to where it was.
