Trying to setup site locally "Sorry, your license key isn't valid for this domain."

My client uses this CMS. We're trying to help them fix an issue. After a bit of a headache I finally got it working locally. When trying to login I am blocked with this message: "Sorry, your license key isn't valid for this domain."

I'm just trying to test the site locally. Can someone please help?

To clarify:

1. I can see a login screen but cannot login

2. I cannot see the frontend of the site, when visiting the url i get 403 forbidden

It sounds like you need access to the Perch license information in order to make sure your local testing environment is registered. That would be the place I would start.
