Members App - Email Validation

Hello,

I have seen a similar thread dated 5 years ago, asking whether the members app decided to include the basic email validation process - which is basic to avoid users without true email contact.

Has this feature been implemented by now? Or is there a tutorial on how to implement this?

Hi Simone,

I don't think this feature is available. However, you can default the new members to a pending status and manually approve them.

Or you can default them to pending status, create an app that tracks member validation, sends an email with unique hash linked to the member. When the user clicks the link they get validated and the pending status removed.
