Account managing our license key have been lost.

Hi,

We use a license key for https://frombusinesstobuttons.com/ and want to use the same key for our Beta site URL https://beta.frombusinesstobuttons.com/

The problem is that we can't find the account that have the license key. Can you help us if we give you the license key to add our Beta URL?

We use Azure App Service and configure the value in Application settings.

I think I found the issue. In config.php I only bring in:

$dbName = $_ENV["PERCH_DB_DATABASE"];
$dbPassword = $_ENV['PERCH_DB_PASSWORD'];
$dbServer = $_ENV['PERCH_DB_SERVER'];
$dbUsername = $_ENV['PERCH_DB_USERNAME'];
$dbPrefix = $_ENV['PERCH_DB_PREFIX'];

define('PERCH_DB_DATABASE', $dbName);
define('PERCH_DB_PASSWORD', $dbPassword);
define('PERCH_DB_SERVER', $dbServer);
define('PERCH_DB_USERNAME', $dbUsername);
define('PERCH_DB_PREFIX', $dbPrefix);

I need to add PERCH_LICENSE_KEY also.

But I still get:

How long time does it take to take affect? Is it instant?

Does Live Staging and Development domain matter or is it only that you can use the key for 3 domains in total?

Since it can access the PERCH_DB values obviously since we can connect to the MySQL db.

It should be able to see PERCH_LICENSE_KEY as well.
