Is it possible to duplicate Collection items yet?

I agree it would be a handy way to create a new collection item with the content already filled in. Sometimes it's quicker to work backwards from a pre-filled item than it is to fill out everything from scratch.

Collections is Runway only. There is no native way of doing this but you could use the Import API to build an app to do this.
