Problem with licence key after moving domain to new hosting

Hi

We are getting the message "Sorry, your license key isn't valid for this domain. Log into your Perch account and add the following as your live or testing domain: our-domain.com"

Accessing it from the URL : our-domain.com/perch/

I have been into the perch account settings and the licence is assigned to "our-domain.com" for all 3 environments and the licence key is in the config file from before of course.

Wondering what has happened that we have messed up in the move!

Worth checking the PHP level of the new hosting and if the version of Perch you are running will support it.

Do you have multiple domain names that point to the same hosting/website? For example if you own our-domain.co.uk and our-domain.com.

If the hosting is setup for our-domain.co.uk but you also redirect our-domain.com to that hosting and keep the .com visible (url masking) you'll get the license key issue as it's actually looking to validate our-domain.co.uk even though the browser url is showing our-domain.com.

Did you get a solution? I have just had exactly same error.
I know new hosting fine as I have moved several sites with no problem and there is only one domain.
I thought it may be my non www/www https rule in the .htaccess file but I have removed this and error still there.

What is the Perch version? What version of PHP are you running?
