Nov 24th 2021 #2 I got part way with ifttt a while ago but decided not to in the end. You can run into issues where you have to republish, edit or delete blog articles.
Nov 24th 2021 #3 I've used Dlvr.it in the past. For free you can hook it up to 2 SM accounts (eg FB & Twitter). It automatically checks your RSS feed every half hour and automatically posts any new articles.
